The objective of the book is to encourage human resources, recruitment, and especially leadership teams to review their current recruitment strategy and determine if it has negatively impacted the satisfaction of employees who have attempted to go through the internal recruitment process. The book allows the reader to identify a correlation between the recruitment process and the communication loop and how it can impinge on an employee’s willingness to perform, show up to work, or commit to the organization’s vision and mission.
