This book describes grip equipment. Grip equipment includes all the lighting accessories a photographer, filmmaker, or video shooter must be familiar with to create the effects he or she must be able to do to succeed in making effective photographs. It explains ways to stabilize the camera in unique positions to create unique pictures as well as different ways to shoot close-up images that is needed when shooting tiny subjects. Finally the book shows how to extend a camera’s depth of field so you can record images where a;; the subjects within the scene are sharp and everything is in focus. The book ends with a selection of photographs showing just how broad the range of inanimate subjects really is. This book also includes a selection of labeled diagrams to help the reader understand some of the more complicated topics that are covered.
